the room was beautiful and delightful and since it had down pillows i slept like a baby. there were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel tv, which was great.

The breakfast options were fantastic, despite having an early flight. The cozy room I chose had a quaint charm. The welcoming receptionist and drivers made me feel at home. The hotel's architecture resembled a crusader castle and the Islamic influences added to its unique appeal. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

As a traveler, I loved the fabulous decorations in each hotel room designed to different country/region styles. The hookah and food in the hotel restaurant were also much cheaper than the city center, making it a great place to chill out. The staff provided excellent service and were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself was super clean and absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lebanon.
Felt at home, no reason to complain.

It's well located, spacious and comfortable, with a quite good relationship between price and quality.
It's a curious combination of a "theme" hotel - a skillfully elaborated but incoherent fusion of castle, village, palace courtyard and souk settings - in a fairly unattractive location which, at the same time, is very conveniently located near the airport.

Close to airport, however, airport taxi scam means you pay the same as you would if you were to book a hotel in the city proper - $40 for a 2 minute journey. Very annoying. Hotel is decked out in mock Ottoman style with AC ducts recessed into stone cladding and vaulted ceilings. Quite fun for a night.

The hotel has a very nice design which inspires by Lebanese heritage. The breakfast is rich and tasteful. Also the restaurant offer shisha. I like the fact that large percentage of the profit goes to the orphans. My family likes the hotel too specially the outside garden.
The are noise from eraly morning(6:00am) from a construction in the hotel. The hotel reception was not helpfull to delay the construction at later time. I could not sleep during my stay in the hotel. Warning: there is a massage chair that are offered for free but when you checked out, they charge you for the usage. They charged me for three times. I had a long discussion with reception about the fact that was no sign indicating this. He said, it is there. I asked him, how would you know that I use the chair knowing that you can operates the chair yourself without prepaid card or coin. He said, there is someone hired to listen to chair vibration and come up to record the person name - no one come to me and asked me about my name or room number. I do not understand how one person can remember all guest faces in the hotel and also how the hotel can offer a 2-full time staff to cover 24/7 for a massage chair. Be carful about your bill upon checkout.

Just off the airport road, the hotel is conveniently located about 5kms from the airport. The hotel is set in a beautifully designed courtyard, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy their meals in the restaurant, which has received positive reviews for its breakfast.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant can be rude and unhelpful.

We were blown away by the stunning design of the hotel. The mixture of stone, glass, wood, and metal was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was perfect. The attention to detail in the design was exceptional. We also enjoyed the themed rooms, which made us feel like we were living in the old times. The restaurant had a great variety of local and Italian food, and we found the prices to be very reasonable. The location was perfect for our work, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend Assaha Hotel to others. it was a fantastic experience.
